The Company hereby announces to shareholders the following new share issuance matters in accordance with Article 418, Paragraph 4 and Article 419, Paragraph 1 of the Commercial Act.

2. New share issuance price and payment date

1) Issuance price: KRW 2,000 per share

2) Payment date: March 26, 2025

3) Payment method (Stock Subscription): Suwon Gosaek Branch of KEB Hana Bank

4) If you do not subscribe to stocks by the above payment date, you will lose the right to subscribe to new shares, so please be sure to comply with the payment date.

3. Method of subscribing to new shares: 3rd party allotment method

In accordance with the provisions of Article 13, Paragraph 2, Item 8 of the Articles of Incorporation and Article 418, Paragraph 2 of the Commercial Act, in order to achieve the company's management objectives such as introduction of new technology and improvement of financial structure, when issuing new shares to domestic and foreign individuals or corporations, the existing shareholders' right to subscribe to new shares is excluded and they have exclusive subscription rights.
